EAST ANGLIAN TOUR 2018

This inaugural three day tour of East Anglia will be based at Ufford Park Golf and Spa Hotel, Woodbridge, Suffolk, taking place from Friday 21 September to Sunday 23 September 2018.

The weekend price is £300.00, to include dinner, bed and breakfast on Friday and Saturday night, based on two people sharing a classic double room. A single room is £226.00, to include dinner, bed and breakfast on both Friday and Saturday. Guests will have the option to upgrade to a deluxe, superior or premier room at an additional cost of £20.00, £30.00 or £60.00 per room each night respectively. MG Car Club hotel guests will have the use of the swimming pool and golf range facilities during their stay.

Additional accommodation can be purchased for Thursday 20 September and Sunday 23 September 2018, at a special reduced rate of £89.00 bed and breakfast per night for two people sharing a double room. Golf and Spa discounts for MG Car Club members may be available on the Thursday and Monday for any guests wishing to extend their stay.

Friday 21 September
Arrival from 3pm. Welcome drink followed by dinner in the Vista Room at 8pm.

Saturday 22 September
All day tour, including light lunch. The route includes a trip on a chain ferry to the Norfolk Broads, and an afternoon cruise on the Mississippi Paddle Boat. Dinner in the Vista Room at 8pm.

Sunday 23 September
Morning tour of the Suffolk Coast, joined by local Anglian members. Farewell buffet lunch included at Thorpeness Country Club.

Entry
Entry fee is double entry £75.00 per car. Single entry fee is £50.00 per car. Fee includes route book, rally plaque, welcome drink, two lunches, chain ferry crossing and Mississippi Paddle Boat cruise. The event is limited to 25 cars.

Applications open on Thursday 1 March 2018.  Please do not contact the hotel direct. If your application is successful, and on receipt of the event entry fee, you will be given a code to make your hotel booking.
